SHIPPING 

Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing and verification. Peros Blanks will contact you with shipping options and final pricing once the order is completed. If you wish to ship on your own account please advise and provide us with the preferred shipping method and applicable account number. All goods are shipped FOB, once the order is delivered to a transit company the goods are at the risk of the purchaser. 

SAMPLES 

Once approved for a wholesale account, you are able to purchase samples at your convenience. Samples are available through our online portal with an access code you will receive wholesale pricing.  All samples are charged upfront and are subject to a strict 30 calendar day policy. If the samples are returned in restockable condition within 30 calendar days, our Accounting will issue a store credit for the goods. If the samples are returned in restockable condition within 31 – 60 calendar days, they will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Samples are not returnable beyond 60 days.

 

RETURN POLICY 

All Peros Blanks orders are final and cannot be changed after submissions. 

No Refunds/Exchanges: We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at blanks@perosgarmentfactory.com with details of the product and the defect. We will provide you with the address to return defective items. Upon receipt of the return products, we will examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment. 

All claims or returns must be made within 7 days of receipt of shipment. 

All orders received should be reviewed and cross-reference with Peros Blanks pack list and discrepancies should be brought to our attention within 7 days from receipt of goods. 

Only merchandise that has not been altered and is in its original state is returnable. 

CUSTOM BLANKS PROGRAMS

Customer provides a colour Pantone or swatch.
The use of our blanks patterns are permitted or the development of new patterns is possible. All other order requirements listed are valid. For custom and full service programs please inquire within to learn about all the requirements. 

 

GENERAL CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. 

You understand that your content ( not including credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted and involved (a) transmission over various networks: and (b) changes to confirm and adapt to the technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks. 

You agree to not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service or access to the Service or contact on the website through which the service is provided without express written permission of use. 

The heading used in the agreement is included for convenience only and will not limit otherwise affect these terms.
